At KalmaPets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received
Be in its original packaging
Include all original tags (if applicable)
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item arrived damaged
The item is defective
We shipped the wrong item

If your return is approved due to one of the reasons above, we will provide appropriate instructions for returning the item.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
